COMPANY SET-UP
Serviced Office Space

For any new business or international companies establishing their subsidiaries or branches in sub-Saharan Africa, a physical representation through a local office is often not only desirable but essential in order to comply with local legislation. The South African Revenue Services (SARS) as well as the Registrar of Companies (CIPC) are increasingly conducting live-audits to verify permanent establishments.
Since 2013 Into SA offers with its eOFFICE serviced office space neighbouring their consultants to enable starting businesses to be present and visible, but not left alone in an anonymous environment.
Why eOFFICE?
The idea behind eOFFICE is to save the client the cost and administrative efforts of setting up their own office from which to run the business. Sometimes the size of the business does not justify the expenses, or perhaps suitable small offices space is not available, or the time-frame in which a set-up is needed is too long or an office is only needed temporarily. The Registrar of Companies (CIPC) in South Africa no longer allows businesses to have their registered address at a private home, attorney’s office or accountant. Furthermore, with regard to VAT Registration purposes, a company must prove its physical establishment. A physical eOFFICE eradicates this problem.
How does eOFFICE work?
The eOFFICE is available in four different packages. Each contains a different combination of facilities and additional services:
- Virtual eOFFICE
- Physical eOFFICE Desk
- Executive eOFFICE
- Executive eOFFICE Suite
While the virtual version only offers a “first port of call” in the form of an intelligent post box, physical desk, executive offices are serviced office spaces, visible, fully equipped, representable and 100% integrated into an existing office destination.
Where do I find an eOFFICE?
eOFFICE solutions are exclusively offered by the Into SA Group branches in South and Sub-Saharan Africa. Currently eOFFICE is provided for by our branches in:
- Johannesburg (South Africa)
- Pretoria (South Africa)
- Cape Town (South Africa)
- Dar es Salaam (Tanzania)
From 2 January 2021 the eOFFICE in Harare, Zimbabwe, will be available.
What does eOFFICE cost?
The eOFFICE fee depends on the chosen package. eOFFICE packages are charged in advance on a quarterly basis according to the eOFFICE Fee Overviews published for each eOFFICE location from time to time. Office supplies, additional data- and boardroom usage as well as the use of media equipment and telephone calls are not included in the packages. These additional fees are charged together with the package fees on a quarterly basis, in arrears. All fees and are subject to the respective country’s Value-added Tax in accordance to where the eOFFICE is situated.
