The Public Administration, Labour and Social Security partners considered today the Preliminary Draft of the new General Labour Law the key tool for the whole nation. This was stressed by the chairpersons of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Angola ( AIA ) , José Severino, and Business Consultation Forum ( FACE ), Ambrósio de Lemos da Gama. Speaking at the end of the meeting with minister of Public Administration, Labour and Social Security, Pitra Neto, the AIA and FACE chairpersons said that The event served to analyse the contributions by the employers to the Preliminary Draft of the General Labour Law. The FACE chairman, Ambrósio de Lemos Gama, said that with the final phase of debate on revision of the document he expected the government to implement everything that has been decided.
In his turn, José Severino of AIA, said he believe that the process will bring a new impetus, under the government policy aimed at improving the people’s living conditions. One wonders, when South Africa is waking up in this regard…..
