General

South Africa hosts a lot of varying sporting events and regards itself highly competitive not only when it comes to Cricket and Rugby. South Africa allows preferential treatment of athletes applying, if they intend to attend an event or prepare for an event through training. Recreational sporting activities fall under the regular Visitor Visa.
